The Clare Swan Outpatient Program offers three levels of care, depending on individual treatment recommendations and substance use history:

• Brief Outpatient Treatment: A 6 to 8 week program for individuals with early use issues.
• Outpatient: A 4 to 6 month individual and group-based program, with up to 4 hours of treatment each week.
• Intensive Outpatient: A 4 to 6 month individual and group-based program, with 8 to 10 hours of treatment each week.

To be considered for outpatient treatment, individuals need to have an assessment within the past 90 days, medical release form, TB clearance, picture ID, and information on finances and insurance. Lack of Medicaid or private insurance is not a barrier.
